You can get the last SVN version of Mars from sf.net using a SVN client.
The latest svn version can also be downloaded from our Build Log page.

If you don't have a SVN version yet:
svn co https://mars.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/mars/mars/trunk/ mars

If you want to update your SVN version (from your mars directory):
svn update

You can also check for updates using the web-based SVN interface or the SVN section of the forum.
